Return policy


We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days to apply for return after receiving the goods
 

To qualify for return, your goods must be in the same condition as you received, undamaged or unused, labeled, and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can santalefe@126.com Contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return are not acceptable.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged or receive the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

 

Exceptions / non returnable items

We don't accept gift card returns.

Refund

We will notify you after receiving and checking your return and whether the refund is approved. If obtainedIf approved, you will automatically get a refund through the original payment method. Remember, your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and mail refunds.
